1. Grants
1.1 No Group Company is not liable to repay an investment or other grant or subsidy made to it by a body.
1.2 No fact or circumstance (including, without limitation, the execution and performance of this Agreement) exists which might entitle a body to require repayment of, or refuse an application by any Group Company for, the whole or part of a grant or subsidy.
这里的Grant如何理解，中国法律中的对应概念是什么，如何表达呢？
